Diving into vacuum infusion and super excited to try it out on a small dinghy project. Im looking for plans around the size of an RS Aero, ideally with chines for easier building. I checked out the Paper Jet 14, tho it looks like its only available in plywood.. Any other fun alternatives out there?

Thats awesome!! For a project like that you might want to check out the Weta Trimaran. It's small, lightweight, and has chines that should make building easier. Another option could be the Stiletto 14, which is designed for easy construction and could work well with vacuum infusion. Both are good alternatives to the Paper Jet 14. Good luck!

Check out the i550 Sportboat, originally plywood but people have done foam/glass conversions with great results be a bit racier than what you're after, but the lines are sharp and clean for infusion

Stiletto 14 is the only right answer for this. Fight me.
